Where will I meet my driver in airport pick ups?Your driver will be holding a name board with your name on it waiting for you in arrivals hall, look for your name on a name baord, please do not exit the airport terminal, arrivals hall is soon after you clear Imigration and collect your luggage..

What if my flight is delayed?In case your flight is early or delayed, our driver will be still there to pick you up, by providing us your flight number we will track your flight, it normally takes 45-60min to clear luggage and Imigration, our deiver will be waiting for you in arrivals hall 45min after flight landing.

What if I can not find my driver?In case you have any problem finding your driver please call our free of charge number +448002289243 so we can assist you.

Will my driver help me with my luggage?We provide chauffeur driven transportation, our drivers will help you with your luggage loading and unloading and any other assistance if required.

What if my flight is cancelled?If for any reason your flight is cancelled or you did not make it to your flight, please let us know soon as possible, We have free cancellation policy. You will not be charged if your flight is cancelled, if you have mad a deposit or advance payment, full refund will be paid as long as we are informed at least 6 hours prior to your booking time.

Do i have to pay deposit to secure the booking?No, you don’t have to make any deposit or advance payment to secure your booking unless you want to do so, you can pay on arrival to your driver by cash or card, we accept all major credit cards, electronic transfers and PayPal payments. in some cases we might ask you to only 20% toward your booking.
