EMPIRE UK CHAUFFEUR LIMITED TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Empire UK Chauffeur Limited, we strongly believe in the service levels we provide to our clients, all of which have been set out here in our service agreement

 

The contract for all bookings is between Empire UK Chauffeur Limited & client/passenger (company or person booking and paying for service)

 

Empire UK Chauffeur Limited is responsible for both accepting the booking as well as the provision of the transportation services.

 

Any liability in relation to the transportation services belongs to Empire UK Chauffeur Limited

 

Empire UK Chauffeur Limited takes responsibility for the journey from point A to point B, all the bookings are caried out in a London private hire licensed vehicle by a London licensed private hire driver.

 

 

Empire UK Chauffeur Limited accept payments directly, drivers will only collect the fare as an agent to Empire UK Chauffeur limited. Any liability in relation to the transportation services belongs to Empire UK Chauffeur Limited

.

All bookings including return trips must be pre-booked in advance.

 

All bookings must be made directly to Empire UK Chauffeur Limited.

 

Only Empire UK Chauffeur can Cancel the booking with the passengers, drivers cannot accept a booking, take a booking, or cancel a booking directly with the passengers

 

Prices quoted are based on information provided at time of booking.

All online bookings are subject to our final reconfirmation.

 

Rates and charges will be as agreed completion of our booking confirmation, we will formally issue a letter stating the rates along with any other additional information.

 

By supplying your email address, you permit Empire UK Chauffeur Limited to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.

 

Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire and will be charged accordingly for any loss of use and cost of repair.

 

Empire UK Chauffeur Limited reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.

 

 

Airport pickups and drop offs

Meet & greet, waiting time and parking for up to 60 minutes from when the aircraft lands will be charged at £8.50, after 60 minutes, extra waiting and parking charges will apply

 

Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges depending on the duration of stay in the car park.

 

If there are any additional changes to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with Empire UK Chauffeur Limited pricing structure

 

Empire UK Chauffeur Limited request a minimum of 6 hours’ notice for any online bookings.

Unless specified at the time of booking, we may not automatically be able to accommodate additional pick-ups or drop-offs for any journey, although every effort will be made to meet such requirement

The driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Client

Empire UK Chauffeur Limited will endeavour to ensure vehicle(s) arrive at the time and place requested. We cannot however accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic jams, traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions. Nor do we accept responsibility for any consequential loss, our drivers aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to booking time.

 

We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers within the vehicle. We further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger.

 

From time-to-time Empire UK Chauffeur Limited may sub-contract their work to temporary drivers especially during busy times. Please be assured that all chosen drivers will be up to our standards.

 

Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects the Client’s’ statutory rights.

 

Payment Terms

Credit card payments and debit cards have no surcharge.

All our prices are excluding of VAT (VAT at 20% will be added to all our prices)

Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges

The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Empire UK Chauffeur Limited

Payments can be made by debit/credit card through our secured online payment service, we accept all major credit cards

 

Gratuities are left to the client’s discretion, but may be added to the bill if requested

 

Any variations to the journey that involves extra time or mileage may be subject to additional charges.

 

Bookings with pick up times between 23.30pm and 04.59am will be subject to an “unsocial hours” surcharge. This will also apply to bookings

carried out on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve from 18pm and all-day New Year’s Day.

 

All our prices are in pounds sterling

 

Payment for account bookings is due within 7 days of the date of invoice.

Cancellation Policy

No fees will apply if a booking id cancelled 12 hours prior to collection time.

If a booking is cancelled less than 12 hours of the requested pick-up time, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.

 

If the passenger does not appear and make contact with our driver at the booked time and the designated pick-up point, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.

 

No refunds will be made, and full charges will apply for any no shows. In the case that you cannot see our driver at airports, please call the office on +448002289243 so that the office can put you in touch with the driver

 

Our bookings cancellation policy reflects the availability of the vehicles in our fleet. Upon acceptance of your booking, we reserve the availability of the vehicle for you and subsequently refuse all other bookings for that vehicle at that time and on that date.

 

Vehicles

All our vehicles are:

 PCO licensed, fully insured, Clean on the interior and exterior (exterior is weather dependent), less than 5 years old. fitted with Satellite Navigation. fitted with a tracking device.

 

 

Drivers

All our drivers are:

PCO licensed and carry their license on them at all times, able to speak and understand English, clean, hygienic and presentable, Able to assist with handling luggage, Available on a mobile phone

 

Lost Property

Empire UK Chauffeur Limited keep details of lost property at their office and will endeavour to return all property to its rightful owner

Complaints
